Annie Romein-Verschoor had various hairstyles during her lifetime. She became famous as a world-class writer, historian and feminist. However, the Dutch historian was mostly known for her unusual looks and her livable character. Before her death at the age of 83 she was again and again talked about in magazines and tabloids because of her outstanding hair and looks.
